摘　　要：深入实施创新驱动发展与知识产权战略,需以完备有效的知识产权制度为根本保障,以高效有力的司法保护为重要途径。基于对2008-2015年甘肃省知识产权司法保护典型案例的考量,进一步厘清该省知识产权侵权的样态和审判经验,以期为完善知识产权保护体系资以理据。In order to carry out the innovation driven development and the intellectual property strategy, people should take the complete and effective intellectual property system as the funda- mental guarantee, and take the efficient and effective judicial protection as the important way. Based on the analysis of the typical cases of judicial protection of intellectual property in Gansu Province from 2008 to 2015,people shall further clarify the status and the trial experience of the intellectual property infringement of the province so as to provide support for improving the intel- lectual property protection system.
