摘　　要：单肺通气是胸科手术常用的通气方式之一，低氧血症是其主要并发症，是胸科手术麻醉的重大挑战。使用合理的麻醉方法、通气模式和完善的术中管理有利于提高氧合，减少低氧血症的发生率。现将近年来相关研究进展作一综述。One-lung ventilation is one of the usual ventilation methods for thoracic surgery. Hypoxemia remains the main challenge for anesthesiologists. Reasonable anesthesia type, ventilation strategy and optimized management can improve arterial oxygenation and decrease the incidence of hypoxemia. This article reviewed the advancements in this area.
