摘 要:包装机的传动系统是包装机的重要组成部分,其结构的动态性能直接影响包装机的包装质量和效率。为了对包装机的结构进行分析,利用有限元分析软件对包装机的传动系统进行模态分析,并且为了验证有限元数值计算的合理性,根据实验模态分析理论,对包装机的传动系统进行了模态测试。结果表明,通过模态测试得出的实验结果同通过数值计算而得出的结果具有一致性,从而验证了其中的有限元计算方法的有效性和正确性,有效反映了其振动特性。为了能够改善包装机的传动系统的性能,还对其传动系统中的分配轴作了静力学分析和优化。Drive system is an important part of packaging machine, and dynamic performance of its structure directly affects packaging quality and efficiency. In order to analyze the structure of the packaging machine, finite element analysis software is used to analyze the modal of the packaging machine drive system, and in order to verify the rationality of the finite element nu- merical calculation, according to the experimental modal analysis theory, the packaging machine drive system exercises modal test. The results show that the experimental results obtained by the modal tests are consistent with the results obtained by numer- ical calculation, which verifies the validity and correctness of the finite element method, and effectively reflects its vibration characteristics. In order to improve the performance of the transmission system of the packaging machine, the distribution shaft in the drive system is also statistically analyzed and optimized.
