摘 要:采用草酸沉淀—纳氏试剂光度法研究稀土基体对氨氮测定分析的影响。研究结果表明,镧基体浓度小于60 mg/L、镨基体浓度小于200 mg/L、钕基体浓度小于200 mg/L、铈基体浓度小于1 mg/L时,对空白值测定无影响,其中,铈的干扰最大,通过草酸沉淀法处理后,可将基体浓度降至0.2 mg/L以下,满足了分析检测的技术要求。该方法操作简便、准确,RSD值不大于4.54%,精密度好。Effects of rare earth matrix on the determination of ammonia nitrogen were studied by oxalic acid precipitate- Nessler' s reagent spectrophotometry method in this study. Research results showed that when La matrix concentration is less than 60 mg/L, Pr matrix concentration is less than 200 mg/L, Nd matrix concentration is less than 200 mg/L, Ce matrix concentration is less than 1 mg/L, the determination of blank value is not affected. Among them, the cerium interference is maximum, and after by oxalic acid precipitation, matrix concentration can be reduced to less than 0.2 mg/L, satisfying technical requirements of analysis and detection. The operation is simple and accurate, in addition, RSD is no more than 4.54%, so the accuracy is very well.
