摘 要:研究了硬脂酸镧(LaSt)与硬脂酸钙(CaSt)对ENR的硫化特性、力学性能、耐热空气老化性能及其热稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,在ENR中添加LaSt与CaSt,ENR胶料的焦烧时间T_(S1)延长,工艺正硫化时间T_(90)缩短,硫化速率指数(CRI)增加,说明LaSt与CaSt能够促进ENR的硫化;添加LaSt的ENR的拉伸性强度及拉断伸长率高于添加CaSt的胶料;LaSt对ENR的耐热空气的防护效果优于CaSt,而且添加LaSt的ENR硫化胶的热降解反应的表观活化能E高于CaSt,表明添加LaSt的ENR硫化胶的热稳定性优于添加CaSt的胶料。The effect of lanthanum stearate (LaSt) and calcium stearate (CaSt) on cure, mechanical properties, hot air aging resistance, and thermal stability of ENR25 was studied. The results showed that with the addition of LaSt and CaSt, the scorch time (TS1) and cure time (T90) of the ENR compound decreased, the cure rate index (CRI) increased. This indicates that the incorporation of LaSt and CaSt could accelerate the vulcanization of ENR. The compound with LaSt shows the better mechanical prcperties and hot air aging resistance. The ENR vuleanizates with LaSt give the higher valu of apparent activation energy of thermal degradation, indicating that thermal stability of ENR vuleanizates with LaSt is superior to that of CaSt.
