摘  要:针对1 750mm冷连轧机组的设备特点,计算并分析了弯辊力对成品带钢板形的影响规律。深入研究了带钢宽度、带钢入口厚度、中间辊横移量、带钢凸度、单位轧制力、轧辊辊径和轧辊凸度等因素对最优弯辊力的影响。通过统计分析和理论计算,利用Origin软件进行多元回归拟合,最终建立了冷连轧过程最优弯辊力预设定模型。采用新模型设定计算弯辊力的最大偏差低于5.67%,成品带钢的板形标准差平均值降至1.83IU。实践证明,该弯辊力模型具有较高的板形控制精度和较好的板形控制稳定性。Aiming at 1750 mm tandem cold rolling mills,the influence rule on strip shape for bending force is calculated and analyzed.Also,the influence rule on the optimum bending force for some factors is deeply researched,which contain strip width,specific rolling force,the setup of transverse shift of intermediate roll position,entry strip thickness,strip crown,roll diameter and roll crown.Through a large number of statistical analysis and theoretical calculation,using the multivariate regression fitting,the computing model on the setup of optimum bending force is finally established.Using the new model set bending force,the maximum deviation of bending force is less than 5.67%,and the standard deviation distribution of strip flatness for finished product is reduced to 1.83 IU.The application results show that the model on bending force is provided with high accuracy and good stability of shape control.
