摘 要:汽车零部件市场是汽车售后市场的重要组成部分。我国汽车业实行4S品牌销售模式,因而该领域不可避免地存在因汽车生产商对经销商的高度控制而引发的各种垄断问题。其中最为突出的是存在大量转售价格维持协议。论文从该关键问题着手,分析零配件市场普遍存在该现象的原因,并试图通过对欧美国家相关规定及处理原则的分析,提出完善我国汽车零配件市场纵向垄断协议规制的建议,及今后发展方向。Auto parts market is an important part of the automotive aftermarket. Due to the implementation of the 4S brand sales model, there will inevitably be a variety of monopoly problems caused by the high degree of control of the automobile manufacturers. The most prominent one is the existence of a large number of resale price maintenance agreement. This paper starts with this key problem, analyzes existence reasoon of this widespread phenomenon. This paper attempts to put forward some suggestions on how to improve the vertical monopoly agreement in China's auto parts market, put forward to perfect China's auto parts market agreement regulation vertical monopoly suggestions and future development direction.
