摘　　要：轮对在线检测系统是重要的地铁车辆检修设备,该系统主要通过轮对外形检测、轮对擦伤检测、视频图像擦伤监块和车号识别模块等功能实现动态检测不同踏面形状车轮各相关部位的尺寸和踏面缺陷。系统大大提高了地铁车辆轮对的检修效率。Wheelset dynamic detection system is an important maintenance equipment of metro vehicle, this system mainly through functions as the wheel profile detection, wheel scratch detection and video monitoring scratch and vehicle number recognition module, realize the dynamic detection of different wheel tread shape and the relevant parts of the size as well as tread defects. The system greatly improves the maintenance efficiency of metro vehicle wheelset.
