摘　　要：为了在摊铺机摊铺施工时能对沥青混凝土路面的离析进行快速准确评价,结合摊铺机作业参数,利用数字图像处理技术对摊铺路面图像进行预处理和分析,在静距理论基础上提出静距离散理论。采用该算法对未经压实路面中的混合料颗粒进行分析计算,并开发出沥青混合料摊铺均匀性分析系统,得到对沥青混凝土路面摊铺离析情况的判断方法。结果表明:通过静距离散理论算法和沥青摊铺均匀性分析系统,能够有效地判断沥青混凝土路面混合料摊铺时的离析情况,实现对未经压实路面混合料质量的预测。In order to fast and accurately evaluate the paver paving asphalt pavement segregation, combining with the operating parameters of the paving machine, by means of digital image processing technology, the image of paving road is pre-processed and analyzed, the theory of static distance dispersion is put forward, the mixture particles in the compacted pavement are analyzed and calculated, the asphalt paving uniformity analysis system is developed, and the judgment method of the asphalt pavement paving segregation situation is obtained. Results show that： through the static distance dispersion theory algorithm and asphalt paving placement uniform analysis system can effectively judge the segregation of the paving asphalt pavement mixture and realize the prediction of the quality of the mixed material of the compacted pavement.
