乌头赤石脂汤联合丹参注射液治疗急性心肌梗死临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察乌头赤石脂汤联合丹参注射液治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年6月—2013年7月本院收治的老年急性心肌梗死患者520例,依据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组260例。研究组给予乌头赤石脂汤联合丹参注射液治疗,对照组给予硝酸甘油治疗。结果:研究组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为95.0%,两组有效率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组肌酸激酶、谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶恢复时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后MDA、SOD优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为0.8%;对照组不良反应发生率为6.9%。研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌头赤石脂汤联合丹参注射液治疗急性心肌梗死疗效显著,能缩短肌酸激酶、谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶恢复时间。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Radix Aooniti and Halloysitum Rubrum Decoction in combination with Danshen Root Injection on acute myocardial infarction. Methods： Five hundred and twenty patients with senile acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from June 2010 to July 2013 were selected and divided into the research group and control group according to random number table,with 260 cases in each group. The ones in the research group were treated with Radix Aooniti and Halloysitum Rubrum Decoction in combination with Danshen Root Injection,while the ones in the control group were treated with nitroglycerin. Results： The efficiency of the research group was 95%,while that of the control group was 95%,and the efficiency of the two groups was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. The research group＇ s creatine kinase,aspartate aminotransferase,lactate dehydrogenase recovery time were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the research group＇s MDA,SOD were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the research group was 0. 8%,while that of the control group was 6. 9%. The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the research group than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Radix Aooniti and Halloysitum Rubrum Decoction in combination with Danshen Root Injection has a remarkable clinical curative effect on acute myocardial infarction,can shorten the recovery time of creatine kinase,aspartate aminotransferase,lactate dehydrogenase.
