温通活血乳膏联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温通活血乳膏联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将62例糖尿病痛性神经病变患者随机分为对照组32例和治疗组30例。对照组给予胰激肽原酶肠溶片,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合温通活血乳膏。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后下肢神经的传导速度、神经症状、体征及VAS评分。结果:治疗组有效率为82.0%,对照组有效率为64.9%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后周围神经传导速度均较前提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后周围神经传导速度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组神经症状、体征及VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温通活血乳膏联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片可明显改善糖尿病痛性神经病变患者的临床症状,并延缓糖尿病周围神经病变的进展。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Wentong Huoxue Rugao（ WTHXRG） in combination with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets on painful diabetic neuropathy（ PDN）. Methods： Sixty-two patients with PDN were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 32 and 30 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were given pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets,while the ones in the treatment group were added WTHXRG based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed. Their lower limb nerve conduction velocity,neurological symptoms,signs and VAS scores before and after the treatment were compared. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 82%,while that of the control group was 64. 9%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the two groups＇ peripheral nerve conduction velocities were both better than before the treatment; And the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,The treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The neurological symptoms,physical signs and VAS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：WTHXRG can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with PDN,and delay the progress of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
