白芍木瓜汤合活络效灵丹加味治疗腰椎间盘突出症92例

摘　　要：目的:观察白芍木瓜汤联合活络效灵丹加味综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年10月—2014年12月本院门诊和住院部收治的184例患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各92例。对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组给予白芍木瓜汤联合活络效灵丹加味综合治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为93.30%,对照组有效率为55.00%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白芍木瓜汤联合活络效灵丹治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Fructus Chaenomelis Decoction in combination with Modified Huoluoxiaoling Dan（ MHLXLD） on 184 cases of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： One hundred and eightyfour patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital＇ s outpatient and inpatient departments between Oct. of2013 and Dec. of 2014 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 92 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with Radix Paeoniae Alba and Fructus Chaenomelis Decoction in combination with MHLXLD together. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects were observed. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 30%,while that of the control group was 55%,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Radix Paeoniae Alba and Fructus Chaenomelis Decoction in combination with MHLXLD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on lumbar disc herniation.
