摘 要:大吨位转向驱动桥路试过程中,出现转向驱动桥的连接叉与万向传动轴总成异常磨损故障。经有限元分析确认为桥壳总成刚度不足造成的故障,因此,桥壳总成需要进行改进。改进后的转向驱动桥壳总成经有限元分析,其刚度能满足设计要求,但在最大载荷时,安全系数偏小。将改进后的转向驱动桥壳总成经有限元分析的结果与桥壳总成垂直疲劳试验台架的刚度测量结果进行对比,排除人为和系统的偏差,最终确认有限元分析结果与台架试验结果相差不大。In the process of road test of the large tonnage drive axle, an abnormal wear failure occurred between the yoke of steering driving axle and the universal drive shaft assembly. The lacking stiffness of axle housing assembly causes the failure after finite element analysis (FEA). So the axle housing assembly needs to be improved. The stiffness of improved axle housing assembly meets the design requirements based on FEA. But when loading to maximum, the safety coefficient of axle housing assembly is small. After comparing the FEA results with the test bench results of improved axle housing assembly, the FEA results are near to the test bench results by removing the influence of human and system deviation.
