摘 要:为研究综放工作面回采后期所留三角煤的开采问题,以山寨煤矿25011工作面为研究对象,提出在综放工作面采至原设计终采线后采用一次减架形成短工作面继续回采的方案,并对减架工艺、辅助回风巷的位置及与工作面的对接技术进行研究。结果表明:通过现场实测计算和超前导向孔方法实现了辅助回风巷和综放工作面的精准对接;采用一次减架方法开采综放工作面回采后期所留三角煤,减架总工期约为25d,三角煤的资源回收率可达59.2%。Aiming at the triangle coal recovery in later period of longwall top-coal caving,based on the background of No.25011 working face in Shanzhai Coal Mine,we made a scheme that continuous recovery of short face formed by one-off retraction of supports after original terminal line was mined,and studied the retracting technology,location of auxiliary return airway and conterminousness with the working face.The result showed that the conterminousness between auxiliary return airway and longwall caving face could be achieved accurately by field measurements and calculation,as well as leading guide holes.Depending on this technology,retracting time decreased to 25 days,and recovery of triangle coal increased to 59.2%.
