摘 要:通过研究开发了一种新型药芯焊丝,配合不同母材进行276kJ/cm大线能量焊接实验,探讨了大线能量焊接条件下不同母材焊接接头的组织性能。结果表明:在大热输入焊接条件下,采用氧化物技术的大线能量用钢HAZ由于大量夹杂物的存在,抑制了奥氏体晶粒粗大,并在奥氏体晶粒内部形成了大量AF可抑制裂纹的扩展;Q235钢板形成粗大的奥氏体晶粒,并在奥氏体晶界处出现板条状的魏氏组织,严重影响了HAZ的冲击韧性;大线能量焊接用钢的熔合线部位的冲击韧性优于Q235焊接熔合线性能;母材对焊缝熔敷金属组织性能没有影响。This exploration has developed a new type of flux-cored wire, conjoined with different parent materials in 276 kJ/cm high heat input, for welding experiment. Discussed the effect of different parent material to the organization performance of high heat input welding joining the different parts. The results show that under the high heat input welding,by using the oxide technology of the high heat input HAZ steel, due to large amount of inclusions, suppresses, bulky austenitic grains. A large amount of AF is formed within the austenitic grain,which will inhibits the extension of crack. Q235 steel plate to form the coarse austenite grain size, and in the austenite grain boundary appear widmanstatten struc- ture of plate strip, these seriously affected the impact toughness of HAZ. Steel impact toughness of fusion line part for high heat input welding,is better than the welding fusion line performance of Q235. Owing to the partial content of parent material melt during the weld, consequently parent material have little impact on organization performance of the weld deposited metal.
