摘 要:设计新型用于电动汽车无线充电系统的松耦合变压器,验证该松耦合变压器在电动汽车无线充电系统中的性能。阐述电动汽车无线充电系统组成和原理,分析耦合系数与系统传输效率的关系。利用Maxwell电磁场有限元分析软件对松耦合变压器进行参数化分析,讨论初级侧和次级侧相对位置变化对耦合系数的影响。采用基于Simplorer软件系统场路耦合联合仿真的方法,对松耦合变压器性能进行分析。得到耦合系数随气隙和偏移的变化曲线,获取系统电流电压参数。在200mm气隙且未发生水平偏移条件下,采用该松耦合变压器的电动汽车无线充电系统功率为3.65k W,传输效率达89.9%,该松耦合变压器满足电动汽车无线充电系统要求。The new loosely coupled transformer used for electric vehicle wireless charging system is designed. The performance of loosely coupled transformer needs to be tested when it is used for electric vehicle wireless charging system. The Constitution and principle of wireless charging system are described in detail. The relationship between the coupling coefficient and the transmission efficiency is analyzed. Based on Maxwell parametric analysis, the proposed coupled structure is analyzed. Particularly, the relationship of the position and the coupling coefficient is needed to be concerned. The method of co- simulation based on Simplorer software is utilized to analyze the performance of the loosely coupled transformer. The curve of coupling coefficient changing with gap and misalignment is obtained, and the parameters of voltage and current are obtained. With 200mm gap and no misalignment, the power of the system with proposed structure reaches 3.65kW, the transmission efficiency is 90.12%. The proposed loosely coupled transformer satisfies the requirement of electric vehicle wireless charging system.
