2011-2015年南通市崇川区法定报告甲乙类传染病流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解南通市崇川区2011-2015年甲乙类传染病流行病学特征,为制定甲乙类传染病防控措施提供参考依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对南通市崇川区2011-2015年网络直报的甲乙类传染病进行分析。结果南通市崇川区2011-2015年共报告甲乙类传染病15种,共计4 887例,年均发病率为144.90/10万。不同传播途径传染病中,血源及性传播类传染病发病位居首位,占甲乙类传染病发病总数的54.21%,其次是呼吸系统类传染病,占发病总数的37.32%。发病率位居前五位的甲乙类传染病依次是梅毒、肺结核、猩红热、淋病和戊肝。结论以梅毒为主的血源及性传播类传染病和以肺结核为主的呼吸系统类传染病是南通市崇川区传染病防治的重点,今后应继续加大对两类传染病的防控。Objective The study aimed to assess the epidemiological characteristics of category A and B infectious diseases in Chongchuan District in Nantong City between 2011 and 2015, so as to provide a reference for developing the prevention and control measures for category A and B infectious diseases. Methods Descriptiveepidemiologic method was used to analyze category A and B infectious diseases directly reported online in Chongchuan District in Nantong City between 2011 and 2015. Results A total of 4887 cases of 15 kinds of notifiable infectious diseases of category A and B were reported in Chongchuan District in Nantong City, with the annual average incidence rate of 144.90/100 000. Among infectious diseases with different transmission routes, blood and sexually-transmitted diseases ranked the top positions and accountted for 54.21% of the total occurrence of category A and B infectious diseases. The second position was infectious diseases of respiratory system （37.32%）. The top 5 occurrences of the infectious diseases of category A and B were syphilis, tuberculosis, scarlatina, gonorrhea, and hepatitis E. Conclusion Blood-transmitted infectious diseases （with syphilis as its major component） and respiratory system-concerned infectious diseases （with lung tuberculosis as its major component） are key points for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in Chongchuan District in Nantong City, and prevention and control of the two infectious disease types should be further intensified.
