摘　　要：目的了解武汉市社区医务人员的精神卫生知识知晓率及其影响因素,为提高医务人员精神卫生知晓率提供依据。方法于2015年11-12月,采用分层整群抽样方法抽取630名社区医务人员为调查对象,运用心理健康知识和精神障碍预防知识问卷进行调查。结果武汉市社区医务人员对精神卫生知识知晓率为78.81%,其中精神和心理公共部分最高为84.45%,精神疾病知识部分最低为70.59%;多重线性回归结果显示中心城区、医师、文化程度高、工作年限长、参与精防工作或培训的社区医务人员精神卫生知晓率较高。结论武汉市社区医务人员精神卫生知晓率水平不高,对精神障碍病因、预防和预后等方面的认识仍需加强。有针对性地开展理论与临床实践相结合的精神卫生培训是提高社区医务人员知晓率的方法。Objective The study was conductedto assess the awareness rate of mental health and its influencing factors in community medical staff in Wuhan City, aiming to provide a reference for improving the awareness rate of mental health in community medical staff. Methods 630 community medical staff were selected as subjects by using stratified cluster sampling method between November and December of 2015. The Chinese Mental Health Knowledge Awareness Questionnaire was used to investigate the awareness of mental health knowledge. Results The awareness rate of metal health in community medical staff was 78.81%. The awareness rate of the mental and psychological common part was 84.45%, ranking the top position, while the rate of mental disease knowledge was the lowest （70.59%）. The results of multiple linear regression showed that community medical staff with the factors, including a location of the central urban area, physician, highedueational background, long working duration, involvement in prevention of mental diseases, and training experience, had a higher rate of mental health. Conclusion The awareness rate of metal health is low in community medical staff in our city, and understandings should be improved for aspects of mental disorder causes, prevention, prognosis and others. Targeted theory and clinical practice-combined training of mental health is a method to improve the awareness rate in community medical staff.
