摘　　要：目的利用流行病学动态数据采集平台-安卓版离线采集软件(以下简称EDDC平台-软件)开展接种率调查工作,为接种率调查提供一种新方法。方法采用按容量比概率抽样方法,利用EDDC平台-软件对试点地区随机抽取30个居委会(行政村)210名儿童开展接种率调查工作,评价EDDC平台-软件使用情况和该地区接种率情况。结果软件使用方便、界面简明;调查210名儿童中以2岁居多,男女比例各半,以本市户籍为主;各苗接种率均在98%以上,及时率均在60%以上。男童组和女童组各疫苗接种率均在96%以上,0~2岁组和3~6岁组各疫苗接种率均在98%以上。调查儿童接种疫苗以一类疫苗为主。结论采用EDDC平台-软件进行数据采集,可有效提高调查数据质量和工作效率,节省调查成本和时间。Objective The aim of this study was to assess a new method for immunization by epidemiological dynamic data collection platform-android collection software in vaccination coverage survey. Methods By probability proportionate to size sampling method, 210 children from 30 committees （villages） in the pilot areas were selected randomly, which surveyed routine vaccinations of school-age children through epidemiological dynamic data collection platform-android collection software, in order to perform assessment using epidemiological dynamic data collection platform-android collection software and vaccination rates in the area. Results Android collection software was easy to use, and interface was simple. 210 children surveyed were mostlytwo years old, withequal division of the genders, and dominated by residence in this city. Each vaccine had more than 98% of vaccination coverage, with over 60%of promptness rate. The vaccination coverage of male group and female group were over 96%. The vaccination coverage of 0-2 old year group and 3-6 old year group were more than 98%. The vaccine of investigated children was dominated by free vaccination. Conclusion Epidemiological dynamic data collection platform-android collection software for data collection can improve data quality, achieve the investigation of effective quality control, reducing entry data and research costs and saving time.
