体外受精-胚胎移植助孕夫妇疾病不确定感与社会支持的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探索体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)助孕夫妇疾病不确定感与社会支持的相关性。方法采用社会支持量表、Mishel疾病不确定感量表,对2015年10月-2016年4月于郑州市某三级甲等医院就诊的120对IVF-ET助孕夫妇进行调查。结果 IVF-ET助孕夫妇疾病不确定感总分为(93.03±13.73)分,处于中等水平。社会支持中的主观支持维度与疾病不确定感中的复杂性维度呈正相关(r=0.184,P<0.05),与不确定性维度呈负相关(r=-0.251,P<0.01),对支持的利用度维度与疾病不确定感各维度及不确定感总分均呈负相关,客观支持维度与不确定性维度(r=-0.251,P<0.01)、复杂性维度(r=-0.193,P<0.05)、信息缺乏(r=-0.200,P<0.05)、不确定感总分(r=-0.288,P<0.01)呈负相关。结论 IVF-ET助孕夫妇的疾病不确定感与社会支持相关。在临床护理工作中应认真评估其不确定感来源,给予针对性护理措施,帮助其建立良好的社会支持,从而达到提高其治疗效果和生活质量的目的。Objective The study aimed to explore the correlation of disease uncertainty and social support in couples with pregnancy assistance of in vitro fertilization-embryo transplantation （IVE-ET）. Methods Social support research scale （SSRS） and MishelUncertainty in Illness Scale （MUIS） were used to investigate 120 IVE-ET couples hospitalized at one AAA hospital in Zhengzhou City between October of 2015 and April of 2016. Results The total score of disease uncertainty in IVF-ET couples was （93.03_＋13.73）, which was at a moderate level. Subjective support domain of social support was positively correlated with complexity of disease uncertainty （r=0.184, P〈0.05）, and negatively correlated with uncertainty （r=- 0.251, P〈0.01）. Availability domain of support was negatively correlated with all domains of disease uncertainty and total uncertainty score; while objective support was negatively correlated with uncertainty （r=-0.251, P〈0.01）, complexity （r=- 0.193, P〈0.05）, information insufficiency （r=-0.200, P〈0.05）, and total uncertainty score （r=-0.288, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Disease uncertainty in couples with IVF-ET is related with social support. Therefore, sources of uncertainty should be carefully evaluated in clinical nursing work; targeted nursing measures should be adopted to help the couples to establish favorable social support, and thus to improve therapeutic effect and quality of life.
