摘　　要：根据工信部智能制造专项《工业控制网络标准研究和验证平台建设》目标,制定《工业控制网络通用技术要求》国家标准。本文按照标准中所提的各项技术要求,从确保通信质量、通信性能以及网络功能三方面阐述标准的核心内容。According to the target of project ＂Industrial control network standards research and verification construction＂ of MIIT, national standard ＂Industrial control network general technology requirement＂ was developed. In this paper, communication quality, communication performance and industrial network functional requirements will be described based on the technology requirements proposed in the standard.
