康复期精神分裂症患者及其主要照顾者精神卫生知识需求的比较分析

摘　　要：目的 了解精神分裂症患者及其主要照顾者对精神卫生知识需求情况,为改善对他们的精神卫生知识的干预措施提供科学依据.方法 采用方便抽样方法,于2015年5—7月对广州医科大学附属脑科医院的49例精神分裂症患者及59名主要照顾者进行一般情况问卷和精神卫生知识需求问卷调查.结果 康复期精神分裂症患者的知识需求的总分平均（55.83±19.29）分,照顾者的知识需求总分平均（64.88±19.83）分,两者比较差异有统计学意义（t=-2.376,P〈0.05）.结论 精神分裂症患者及其主要照顾者对精神卫生知识的需求有差异,在进行精神卫生知识及技能健康宣教时,应采取具有针对性的宣教方案.Objective To explore the demands of schizophrenics and their primary caregivers for knowledge of mental health during rehabilitation period,so as to provide some references for improving their mental health knowledge.Methods Using the convenience sampling method,49 schizophrenics and 59 primary caregivers completed the general information questionnaire and needs for knowledge of mental health questionnaire.Results The total score of demands for knowledge of mental health of schizophrenics was （55.83±19.29）,while the total score of caregivers was （64.88±19.83）（t=-2.376,P=0.019）. Conclusions Demands for mental health knowledge of schizophrenics and their primary caregivers are different. Implementation of health education programs should be targeted and individualized.
