摘 要:基于互联网信息技术与传统农业的深度融合,"互联网+农业"助推了我国现代农业产业快速发展。文章阐述了"互联网+农业"的深刻内涵,剖析了"互联网+农业"在促进农业产业转型升级中的作用,并提出通过加强信息化基础设施建设、培育合格"新农人"、创新智慧农业生产方式和打造农业电商新模式等措施来推动农业产业转型升级。"Internet + agriculture" promotes the rapid development of modern agricultural industry in China, based on the deep integration of the internet information technology with the traditional agriculture. In this paper, on the basis of elaborating the profound connotation of "internet + agriculture" and analysis of functions of "internet + agriculture" in promoting the transformation and upgrading in agricultural industry, approaches to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry were put forward, including strengthening the construction of information infrastructure, cultivating qualified "new farmers", innovating production mode of wisdom agriculture and creating new agricultural e-commerce model.
