毛枝卷柏黄酮类成分的研究

摘　　要：目的对毛枝卷柏黄酮类化学成分进行系统研究。方法采用正相硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱以及半制备高效液相色谱等分离纯化方法,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱方法鉴定其结构。结果从毛枝卷柏70%乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:4'-甲氧基穗花杉双黄酮(1)、穗花杉双黄酮(2)、7,4',7'',4'''-四甲氧基穗花杉双黄酮(3)、橡胶树双黄酮(4)和2,6,8-三甲基-5,7-二羟基色原酮(5)。结论化合物1~5均首次从毛枝卷柏中分离得到。Objective To determine flavonoids from Selaginella trichoclada Alsto. Methods Flavonoids were isolated and purified by column chromatographies on silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 column and semi- preparative HPLC. Their structures were determined on the basis of their physico-chemical properties and spec- troscopic data analysis. Results Five compounds were isolated and elucidated as 4＇-O-methylamentoflavone （1）, amentoflavone （2）, 7, 4＇, 7＂, 4＇＂-tetra-O-methylamentoflavone （3）, heveaflavone （4）, and 5, 7-dihydroxy-2, 6, 8-tri-methylchromone （5）. Conclusion Compound 1 -- 5 have been isolated from Selaginella trichoclada Alsto for the first time.
