摘 要:目的研究卷柏属植物黑顶卷柏木脂素类化学成分。方法采用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20/HW-40C柱色谱及半制备高效液相等分离方法对黑顶卷柏75%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从黑顶卷柏75%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定得到6个木脂素类化合物,分别为syringaresinol(1)、3,3',5-trimethoxy-4',7-epoxy-8,5'-neoligan-4',9,9'-triol(2)、4,9-dihydroxy-4',7-epoxy-8',9'-dinor-8,5'-neolignan-7'-oic acid(3)、(+)-isolariciresinol(4)、3-O-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester(5)、3,4-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester(6)。结论化合物1~6为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物4和5为首次从卷柏属植物中分离得到。Objective To determine the chemical constituents in Selaginella picta Spring. Methods The com- pounds were isolated and purified from 75% aqueous ethanol extract of Selaginella picta by macroporous resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20/HW-40C, and Prep-HPLC chromatographic methods. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods. Results Six lignans were isolated from Selaginella picta, and identified as syringaresinol (1), 3, 3', 5-trimethoxy-4', 7-epoxy-8, 5'-neoligan-4', 9, 9'-triol (2), 4, 9-dihydroxy-4', 7-epoxy-8', 9'-dinor-8, 5'-neolignan-7'-oic acid (3), ( + )-isolariciresinol (4), 3-O-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester (5), and 3, 4-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester (6). Conclusion Compounds 1 - 6 have been isolated from this plant for the first time and compound 4 and 5 from genus Selaginella for the first time.
