摘 要:目的考察以介孔硅材料MCM41为载体对盐酸左氧氟沙星的吸附能力,为其载药及释放行为以及建立介孔硅药物传递系统奠定基础。方法以MCM41作为吸附的药物载体,利用N2吸附表征MCM41的比表面积和孔结构。利用红外光谱法表征MCM41的表面形貌。利用紫外分光光度法对不同温度、时间和pH下,MCM41对盐酸左氧氟沙星的吸附情况进行研究。结果MCM41比表面积大、孔隙结构发达、孔径分布集中在2~4 nm内,为典型介孔材料;MCM41对盐酸左氧氟沙星有较强的吸附载药能力。吸附等温线符合Langmuir吸附等温式;吸附过程发生迅速,2h可达到吸附平衡,吸附动力学研究结果表明吸附过程为准二级动力学过程;吸附热力学提示吸附是放热过程;在pH值5~8内吸附量最大。结论介孔硅材料MCM41有较高的药物吸附性能,具备制备成缓控释载体的潜力。Objective namely To evaluate the feasibility of levofloxacin hydrochloride removal aqueous by by one of mesoprous materials have MCM41,the adsorption of levofloxacin hydrochloride from medium by MCM41been investigated.Methods The structure of MCM41 was characterized using nitrogen porosimetry FT-IR,adsorption isotherm and kinetics studies were carried out using UV-vis varying the parameters and such temperature,pH,and contact time.Results MCM41 demonstrated a typical pattern for mesoporous as isotherm,silica with materials.The results showed that the 35 data was well described by the Langmuir equilibrium mg·g-1.MCM41 exhibited high efficiency for MCM41 removal,a maximum adsorption capacity of which The can be achieved in 1 h.Pseudo second-order model was found been to be fit best with experimental optimum data.adsorption of levofloxacin hydrochloride by MCM41 had exothermic.The adsorption conditions that were found to be at the natural pH was range of 5-8.Thermodynamic parameters analysis suggested the adsorption onto three adsorbents spontaneous and feasible.Conclusions Factor investigations potential water,natural adsorption show that as adsorption is favorable at pH and lower temperature.MCM41 has to be used effective adsorbents for r of levofloxacin hydrochloride.
