摘 要:目的研究槲皮素对大鼠哮喘模型的作用及对嗜酸粒细胞、IgE及干扰素γ的影响。方法 48只大鼠随机分6组,建立大鼠哮喘模型,检测血嗜酸粒细胞,用放射免疫法检测各组血中IgE变化,ELISA方法检测BALF和肺组织匀浆中干扰素γ的表达水平。结果哮喘组血嗜酸粒细胞及IgE比正常对照组升高,哮喘组干扰素γ比正常对照组降低(P<0.05)。槲皮素中高剂量组及地塞米松组大鼠哮喘症状明显减轻,血中嗜酸粒细胞及IgE减少,与哮喘模型组比较P<0.05。BALF和肺组织匀浆中干扰素γ的表达明显升高,与哮喘模型组比较P<0.05。结论槲皮素对大鼠哮喘模型有治疗作用。Objective To investigate the Curative effect and exploring effects of Quercetin on the expression IgE and IFN-γ of asthma ratsMethods 48 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:The asthmatic model was established with the treatment of ovalbumin.,Ria was used to measure IgE of rat serum,ELISA was used to measure the expression of IFN-γ of lung tissue and BALF respectively.Results The levels of acidophilic granulocyte and IgE in asthmatic group was respectively increased compared with those in control group,and the levels of IFN-γ in asthmatic group was respectively reduced compared with those in control group (P〈0.05).The symptoms of the middle and high dose quercetin group and dexamethasonend group rats were reduce significantly,The levels of acidophilic granulocyte and IgE in dexamethasonend group and middle and high dose quercetin group was significantly reduced compared with those in asthmatic group,The levels of IFN-γ in dexamethasonend group and middle and high dose quercetin group was significantly increased compared with those in asthmatic group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Quercetin has therapeutic effect on rat model of asthma.
