摘  要:为了减少某钢厂EBT-LF-VD-VC工艺生产的50Cr5MoV轧辊钢中的Al_2O_3夹杂物,在实验室条件下,对LF精炼渣进行优化,研究了不同w(CaO)/w(Al_2O_3)比值的LF精炼渣去除夹杂的能力。结果表明:当w(CaO)=50%~55%,w(Al_2O_3)=25%~30%,即w(CaO)/w(Al_2O_3)=1.5~2.0时,优化后的精炼渣不仅能够去除大量的铝脱氧产物Al_2O_3,而且残余夹杂基本都转变为直径1~5μm且具有塑性的CaO-MgO-Al_2O_3球形复合夹杂。To reduce the Al2O3 inclusions in 50Cr5 MoV roller steel produced through EBT-LF-VD-VC process in a steelmaking plant,the LF refining slag was optimized.The influences of optimized slag with different w(CaO)/w(Al2O3)ratios on reducing inclusions were investigated in the laboratory.The results showed that,when w(CaO)=50 %-55 %,w(Al2O3)=25 %-30 % and w(CaO)/w(Al2O3)=1.5-2.0,the slag could not only reduce massive Al2O3 coming from aluminium deoxidation,but also change the rest into plastic spherical CaO-MgO-Al2O3 compound inclusions whose diameters were 1-5μm.
