社会支持与宫颈癌患者生活质量的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解宫颈癌患者社会支持与生活质量的特性,分析二者之间的相关性,探讨提高患者生活质量的有效途径。方法分别用自行设计的一般情况问卷、生活质量核心问卷(EORTC QLQ-C30)、社会支持量表(SSRS)对2014年3至2016年3月在西安交通大学第一附属医院行综合性治疗的302例宫颈癌患者进行问卷调查。结果宫颈癌患者生活质量较差;社会支持总分高于国内常模(t=4.308,P<0.001);社会支持与宫颈癌患者生活质量呈正相关(r=0.638,P<0.01)。结论宫颈癌患者的生活质量与社会支持密切相关,护理过程中要重视患者的社会支持,以提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the characteristics of social support and life quality of cervical cancer patients and the correlation between them for exploring the effective measures to improve patients＇ life quality. Methods Three instruments were used to collect data of302 cases of cervical cancer,including self-designed general questionnaire,EORTC QLQ-C30 and Social Support Rating Scale（ SSRS）.Results Life quality of cervical cancer patients was poor. Social support score of them was higher than that of healthy people（ t = 4. 308,P〈 0. 001）. Positively correlation was found between social support and life quality of cervical cancer patients（ r = 0. 638,P 〈0. 01）.Conclusion Social support is closely related to the life quality of cervical cancer patients. Nurses should pay attention to the effect of social support system to improve their life quality.
