摘  要:电梯溜梯会导致电梯出现冲顶、蹲底、在非平层区停梯等故障,对乘客造成剪切、挤压、碰撞等严重的人身伤害。详细分析了一起由曳引力不足导致的电梯溜梯故障案例,通过量化计算电梯曳引能力,分析钢丝绳摩擦系数和曳引轮绳槽对电梯曳引能力的影响,确定了案例的故障原因为钢丝绳润滑过量和曳引轮过度磨损,提出了相关维护保养措施的建议,以减少此类故障的发生。The elevator free movement fault would lead the lift run up or down out of control, the safety gear work unexpected, the car stop at the unsafe district, which always caused severe personal injury to the passengers by cutting, extrusion, and collision. In additional, an elevator free movement fault case was analyzed in detail. The influence of the wire rope friction coefficient and the traction rope groove on the elevator traction capacity was studied. The over lubricated in wire rope and excessive were in the traction rope groove were recognized as the fault causes. And several relevant suggestions were offered to prevent such fault from happening.
