摘　　要：针对国内粒状磷酸一铵产能过剩的现状,对原有的磷酸一铵生产装置进行技术改造,使该装置具备同时生产粒状和粉状磷酸一铵的能力。改造实施后,装置实现了满负荷生产,有效降低了产品生产成本。In connection with current situation of excess production capacity for granulated monoammonium phosphate in China, a technical renovation is carried out on original monoammonium phosphate production unit, making the unit have the capacity to produce both granulated and powdered monoammonium phosphates. After implementation of the revamp, the unit is put into full-load operation, production cost of product is reduced effectively
