摘 要:以硫酸法制备白炭黑产生的硫酸钠废液和工业氯化钾为原料,采用两步转化法制备硫酸钾。通过单因素条件试验和正交试验,制备钾芒硝的较优化工艺条件为氯化钾添加量为理论值的1.10倍、水添加量为理论值的3.0倍、反应时间3.5 h,制备硫酸钾的较优化工艺条件为氯化钾添加量为理论值的0.95倍、水添加量为理论值的1.6倍、反应时间为3.5 h。在上述优化条件下,所制备的K_2SO_4样品中含K_2O,Cl^-和H_2O质量分数平均值分别为53.21%,1.07%和1.57%,达到了农用硫酸钾产品质量标准(GB 20406—2006)水盐体系优等品质量指标要求。Using sodium sulfate waste liquid produced in preparation of white carbon black with sulfuric acid process and industrial potassium chloride as raw materials, potassium sulfate is prepared by two-step conversion method. By single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the obtained optimum process conditions for preparation of aphthitalite are as follows: the addition of potassium chloride is 1.10 times of the theoretical value, water addition is 3 times of the theoretical value, and reaction time is 3.5 h; the optimum process conditions for preparation of potassium sulfate are as follows: the addition of potassium chloride is 0.95 times of the theoretical value, water addition is 1.6 times of the theoretical value, and reaction time is 3.5 h. The average mass fractions of K2O, Cl- and H2O contained in prepared sample under the optimum conditions are 53.21%, 1.07% and 1.57% respectively, meeting the standards of agricultural potassium sulfate product (GB 20406-- 2006) and quality specification of high-class product of salt-water system.
