摘 要:针对炭素生产中吸附法净化沥青烟气的现状,对比分析了过滤吸附和吸附床吸附的缺点,介绍了自激式沥青烟气净化器工作原理,分析了净化过程和应用数据。结果表明,自激式沥青烟气净化器的结构设计有利于沥青烟气的吸附和净化,净化器的性能稳定,总净化效率在95%以上,解决了吸附法净化沥青烟气的缺陷问题。According to the comparison of the process of the pitch fume purified in carbon production, and analysis of the influence factors to pitch fume purifying using adsorption method, this paper discusses the working principle, purification process and applica- tion characteristics of the self excited pitch fume purifier. The results show that the self excited pitch fume purifier is further beneficial to the adsorption and purification of pitch fume in the structural design. The purifier performed stably with the purification efficiency of more than 95%, and solved the defects of pitch fume purifier in adsorption method.
