摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,我国社会治理面临诸多新问题、新挑战,同时也带来新的机遇。在社会体制改革的浪潮中,法治已经被提升到前所未有的新高度。在法治视域下审视中国的社会治理,运用法治手段解决新问题,可以冲破社会治理中的重重"枷锁",为我国社会治理走向民主化科学化的发展之路开辟新的路径。With the development of economy and society, China＇s social governance is not only facing many new problems and new challenges, but also brought with new opportunities. In the wave of the reform of social system, rule of law has been elevated to an unprecedented height. It is necessary to break through the ＂yoke＂ of social governance by using the rule of law to solve the new problems in the view of the rule of law, and open up a new path for the scientific and democratic development of China＇s social governance.
