摘 要:巨噬细胞红细胞连接蛋白(EMP)是一个分子量为33~36k D的跨膜蛋白,由有核红细胞和巨噬细胞分泌,有2个亚型,分别被命名为EMP-33和EMP-36。EMP主要功能是介导有核红细胞与巨噬细胞黏附,在造血组织内形成造血岛,促进有核红细胞脱核成熟;同时EMP影响巨噬细胞成熟和分化,缺乏EMP可导致机体出现贫血,有核红细胞凋亡增加,最近研究显示下调巨噬细胞内EMP表达,可使巨噬细胞活动受抑制,这表明EMP与巨噬细胞异常活动及伪足形成相关,涉及肿瘤和免疫等多项细胞重要功能。有研究显示SLE鼠EMP异常,提示EMP可能参与SLE抗核抗体产生机制。该文就EMP发展现况作一综述。Erythroblast-macrophage protein (EMP) is a transmembrane protein with a molecular weight of 33-36 kD, which is secreted by the erythroblasts and macrophages. EMP-33 and EMP-36 are two subtypes of EMP. The mainly functions of EMP are to mediate the adhesion of erythroblasts and macrophages to form erythroblastic islands within the hemopoietic tissues and accelerate the denucleation and maturation of erythroblasts. Moreover, EMP can affect the maturation and differentiation of macrophages. Lack of EMP can lead to the incidence of anemia and aggravate the apoptosis of erythroblasts. Recent investigations have demonstrated that down-regulating the expression level of EMP in macrophages can inhibit the macrophage activity, suggesting that EMP is correlated with the abnormal macrophage activity and the formation of pseudopod, which is involved with tumor, immunity and multiple vital cellular functions. Previous studies have revealed that the mouse models with SLE abnormally express the EMP, prompting that EMP probably participates in the production of antinuclear antibody of SLE. This article reviews the current situation and recent progress of EMP.
