摘　　要："一带一路"战略正在打造全球交流动脉,催生世界新变局,将会产生极其深远的影响。基于战略性视角,作者从中国和平崛起、沿线国家共同利益和美国遏制战略分析了"一带一路"的驱动力,战略的根基在于基础设施互通、货币体系统一和文化认同,提出"一带一路"战略布局的重心在于重构全球治理体系、建设跨国经济走廊、营造多边合作格局。文章为深入了解"一带一路"战略提供了一个综合视角,也有助于"一带一路"战略的有序推进。＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ strategy is building a global communication artery and urging a new world pattern and it will produce far-reaching influence. Form a strategic perspective,the article analyses the driving force of ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂ concerning the peaceful rise of China,the common interests of the countries en route and the containment strategy of the United States. The article argues that the foundation of ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂ lies in the interconnectivity of the infrastructures,unified monetary system and cultural identity; the center of ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂ strategy layout is the reconstruction of the global governance system,the construction of the transnational economic corridor and the multilateral cooperation pattern. The article provides a comprehensive perspective to understand ＂the Belt and Road Initiative ＂ strate-gy,which is helpful to orderly promote ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂.
