摘  要:近年来,我国近岸海域污染加剧,严重影响海洋经济特别是渔业经济的健康发展。文章以海洋渔业为例,基于2001~2014年我国四大海域水质污染状况和沿海11省海洋渔业经济面板数据的分析,运用计量经济学模型,以三次EKC模型为技术支撑,对我国海域污染与沿海各省渔业经济增长动态关系进行实证检验。结果显示:海域污染指标与渔业经济指标间关系呈"N"型或"U"型,并均处于上升阶段,表明我国海域污染状况在不断恶化并阻碍着渔业经济的可持续发展。日本自然条件恶劣、资源匮乏,却保持海域水质良好且渔业经济发达,总结其海洋经济发展的先进经验,为我国改善海域污染、增强渔业经济实力提供参考。In recent years, the pollution in coastal areas in China is getting more intensified, which has seriously affected the healthy development of the marine fishery economy, especially the fishery economy. Taking marine fishery industry as a case and based on the analysis of the panel data of marine pollution and fishery economic growth in the coastal provinces from 2011 to 2014, the article empirically tested the dynamic relationship between the marine pollution and the development increase of the marine economy in the coastal provinces under the support of the Environmental Kuznets Curve. The results showed that the overall relationship was an "N" type or a "U" type, and is at the rising stage,which indicates that the pollution situation in the sea area is increasing and hindering the sustainable development of the fishery economy.Meanwhile, Japan has made a world-famous success on marine pollution control and fishery economy. The article also summed up the advanced experience in Japan, which offered reference for improving the marine pollution and enhancing the economic strength of the fishery in China.
