摘　　要：催化湿式空气氧化装置主要由反应器、冷凝器、分离器、泵、阀门以及管道组成。改进重点是反应器的耐腐蚀处理、内置加热器和催化剂螺旋梯形架的置放、无油压缩空气的供给以及泵与管系的选用,借此降低制造成本、节省能耗和提高催化氧化反应效率。试验结果表明,装置的改进行之有效。A CWAO apparatus mainly consists of reactor, condenser, separator, pumps, valves and pipelines. Focus of the improvements mainly includes： anticorrosion treatment of the reactor, placement of built-in heater and catalyst spiral ladder frame,supply of non-oil compressed air ,as well as selection of pump and pipeline system, whereby the manufacturing cost is reduced, energy is saved and the reaction probability of catalytic oxidation is improved. Experimental results show that the device with the improvements works effectively.
