摘  要:以固定填料填充床生物膜反应器为厌氧氨氧化反应器,采用低负荷培养法培养富集厌氧氨氧化菌,并研究其脱氮效能。结果表明,低负荷培养法可以在较短时间内(40 d左右)快速启动厌氧氨氧化反应器;稳定期反应器出水氨氮和亚硝氮去除率均接近100%。系统在受到高浓度有机物和NO_2^--N抑制后恢复时间较短,恢复后,出水水质稳定、系统耐冲击负荷强。上流式固定床反应器具有高负荷和高效率的优点,反应器的基质氮去除速率可达2.79 kg N/(m^3·d)。Packed bed biofilm reactor with fixed carrier was used to cultivate Anammox bacteria with sludge inoculums from anaerobic biological filter. Anammox reactor was started up by using low nitrogen loading method on the carrier and the nitrogen removal characteristic was investigated furtherly. The results showed that the reactor could be started up successfully within 40 days using low nitrogen loading method. Removal efficiencies of ammonium and nitrite were nearly 100%. Recovery time of the anammox system inhibited by high concentration of NO2^--N and organics was short. After recovery,The reactor had a high toleration to nitrogen loading shock and it could keep the effluent quality stable. The packed bed Anammox reactor with fixed carrier showed good characteristics of high nitrogen loading and high nitrogen removal rate about 2.79 kg/( m^3·d).
