摘 要:介绍以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为原料,非溶剂、高分子致孔剂、表面活性剂和无机盐4类制膜添加剂为复配添加剂,采用旋转黏度计,探讨了非溶剂-甘油的添加量对纺丝液的流变性与可纺性的影响,并对纺制的PVDF中空纤维膜进行了测试表征。结果表明:PVDF纺丝液体系属于切力变稀流体,在甘油质量分数为3%条件下,结构化程度最低,可纺性最好;在甘油添加质量分数相同的条件下,所制备PVDF中空纤维膜纯水通量最大,孔径分布最窄。甘油添加对纺丝液流变性和成膜性能的影响规律一致,也表明通过纺丝液流变性指导中空纤维研发的可行性。Influence of non-solvent glycerin additive content on the rheology behavior of PVDF spinning solution was studied via steady rotating shear method by using PVDF as a raw material. Non-solvent, pore-forming agent of polymer, surface active agent and inorganic salt were used as composite additives. The hollow fiber membrane was characterized. Results showed that PVDF spinning solution was shear thinning fluid. When glycerin mass ratio was 3 %, the structural degree was weak, and excellent spinning for hollow fiber membrane fabricating was expressed. With the same addition of glycerin, fabricated PVDF hollow fiber membrane showed higher pure water flux and narrow pore size distribution. Effect of glycerin content on spinning solution rheology property and membrane performance was uniform. The preliminary results also indicated the fabrication of high performance membrane by optimizing the rheology property of spinning solution was feasible.
