摘  要:在空间站上建立较地面高一个量级的时间频率系统,通过高精度时频链路为全球民用系统提供更为精准的空间时频基准,具有非常重要的科学和军事意义。首先,探讨了国外在空间站高精度时频传递技术方面的现状和应用;其次,在空间站双向时频传递原理的基础上,对比欧空局(ESA)的方案提出了适合我国空间站时频系统微波链路的设计思路;最后,重点分析和研究了高精度时频传递的两项关键技术,对于开展详细系统设计以及实现皮秒量级测量精度具有重要作用。It is significant for science and military to establish a time and frequency system in space station to provide a more precise time and frequency standard through high accuracy time and frequency link for global civilian users. Firstly, the status and application of high accuracy time and frequency transfer tech-nology for space station abroad is discussed. Then,based on the principle of two way time and frequency transfer(TWTFT) ,the idea of system design for China^s space station microwave link(MWL) is proposed compared with the project of European Space Agency (ESA) . Finally, two key technologies of high accuracy time and frequency transfer are analyzed, which are quite important for particular system design and reali-zing the picosecond level precision.
