摘　　要：介绍了一个用于测量电信号电荷量和时间信息的数据获取系统。系统基于VMEbus设计,由9U VME机箱、前端电子学插件以及MVME5500嵌入式单板计算机组成。系统的标定结果表明,其具有较好的稳定性,噪声信号幅值低于0.75mV,时间分辨小于0.5ns,对输入信号电量在0~90pC之间具有较好的线性关系。目前该系统正应用于塑料闪烁体探测器性能的研究实验中。This paper describes the data acquisition system based on VMEbus,used lor the measurement ol the charge and time information ol electrical signal. The system consists ol 9U VME chassis,the Irontend electronics plug-in and MVME5500 embedded single board computer. The calibration results ol the system show that it has good stability; its amplitude ol noise signal is lower than 0. 75 mV and time resolution is less than 0.5 ns; the system to the signal whose charge between 0 and 90 pC has good linear relationship. At present, the system is applied to study on the performance ol plastic scintillator detectors.
