摘  要:采用超高相对分子质量聚乙烯长丝直接加捻织造成的罗纹织物作为筋层,将超高相对分子质量聚乙烯长丝通过多管道间隔输送长丝铺网的方法铺放在筋层上,覆盖单层PET-PA6双组分橘瓣纤维水刺布以防止纤维飘散,然后用水刺加以复合制得加筋非织造布。经实验测得:加筋非织造布的拉伸性能、刚柔性及悬垂性都介于针织物和普通非织造布之间,而防刺性却优于二者;针织基布大幅改善了普通非织造布弹性差、刚度大的特点;筋层织物的密度决定了复合效果和最终产品的性能。产品主要应用于防刺防弹服装,相对于层叠捆绑或黏合,水刺复合使防刺层总厚度减少4 mm,质量减少约1 kg,舒适性大幅提高。In this paper,the rib fabric woven by ultra high molecular weight polyethylene filament and twisting was directly used as the base fabric.Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filament was paved on the rib layer by using the method of multi-pipeline interval conveying,and PET-PA6 bicomponent orange petal fiber spunlace fabric was coated to prevent fiber drift.Then,composite reinforced nonwovens were prepared through spunlace.The experimental results show that:the tensile property,softness and drapability of reinforced nonwovens are between knitted fabric and the common nonwovens,and stab-resistance is better than the two; knitted fabric has greatly improved large elastic stiffness of the ordinary nonwovens; the density of the rib-layer fabric determines the composite effect and the properties of the final product.This product is mainly applied to stab-resistant and bulletproof clothing.Relative to the cascading binding or gluing,spunlaced composite method makes the total thickness of stab-resistant layer reduce 4 mm,and makes the quality decrease by around 1 kg.Besides,the comfort is greatly improved.
