摘　　要：分析我国高校教育管理的现状和存在的问题,探讨高校教育管理机制进行创新的必要性和重要性。新形势下高校教育管理机制创新应着重从管理理念、管理制度、管理内容、考评体系、管理队伍等方面入手。This paper simply introduces the overview of t!ie management of university edcurrent situation and existing problems of education administration in universities, then probes into the necessityand importance of t!ie innovation of education management mechanism in colleges and universities. Under the new situation, university education management mechanism innovation should focus on management concept, management system, management content, evaluation system and management team construction.
