试从三因探析中医内治法组方思路

摘　　要：古代医家对疾病病因病机和治疗经验论述颇丰,但却鲜有专论组方思路。文章从三因和三角度出发,将中医内治法的组方思路进行了详细论述。其中三因指直接原因、最初原因和根本原因。三角度包括针对外来病邪,针对病理状态,针对病理产物。三因是为了从3个方面把握疾病的病因,三角度是为了找出最初原因。通过对三因三角度进行分析,总结出中医内治法组方思路,以期达到执简驭繁的作用。There are many states from ancient physicians on etiology pathogenesis and clinical experience, but few of them study on thought in formulating prescriptions. The paper discussed the thought in formulating prescriptions on TCM internal treatment from three etiologic factors and three standpoints in detail. Three etiologic factors are immediate cause, initial cause and root cause. Three standpoints stand for external pathogenic factor, pathological characteristic, and pathological product. Three etiologic factors help to understand the cause of disease, and three standpoints can find out initial cause. Summarizing the thought in formulating prescriptions on TCM internal treatment by the means of analysis of three etiologic factors in order to transform a difficult problem to easy ones.
