体育强国梦的民本理论框架探析

摘　　要：中国体育现实定位体育大国,未来发展梦想迈进体育强国。通过对体育强国梦的概念界定、内涵演进、指导思想、民生诉求、人本价值、均等取向等民本理论框架初步分析,认为,体育强国梦是中国体育事业发展的顶层设计,体育民生改善是中国体育事业转变的发展方式。体育强国梦是一个多维体育体系的客观结果,其特征描述处于质性的叙说阶段;科学发展观是其思想纲领;民生诉求是提供保障体育权利的公共体育产品和服务;人本价值在于尊重人的价值追求,是作为价值客体的人对作为价值主体的人和社会需要满足的实践;作为和平崛起国家战略的辅佐,均等取向是其特征描述,公平协调是其评价标准,共同富裕是其奋斗目标。China is a country strong in sports now, and its dream is to be a powerful one. Based on the interpretation ol sports power dream within the framework of people - oriented theory, including its definition, the evolution of connotation, the guiding ideology, the demands of people＇s livelihood, human-oriented value and equal orientation, it is believed that the sports power dream is the top-level design of Chinese sports development, and to enhance people＇s livelihood by means of sports is the developing manner of Chinese sports transformation. It is the objective result of a multi - dimensional sports system to the sports power dream, and its characterization description lies in the qualitative narrative stage; scientific developing concept is its guiding ideology; as for the demands of people＇s livelihood, it is to provide public sports product and service that can protect people＇s sports rights; human oriented value is the respect for the pursuit of human value, which is the practice of people as a value object to meet the needs of people and society as the value subject; as an important part of the national peaceful rise strategy, equal orientation is its characterization description, fairness and coordination are its evaluating criteria,and common prosperity is its goal.
