中国女子水球队“六打五”进攻战术表征研究

摘  要:结合六打五制胜要素和中国队特点,从六打五的进攻路线、得分手段、阵型变化、射门时间等几个维度解析中国队六打五的进攻战术表现特征。研究结论:1)中国队进攻路线主要集中在单侧间传球较多,进攻路线相对单一,重复性高,变化少;2)射门点主要集中在1号、4号、5号三个位置;3)中国队六打五战术的思路立足于"稳重取胜",进攻缺少突发性,创新性不足,自信度不够;4)多以4-2阵型为进攻阵型,以单点的移动变化来驱动整体阵型的变化。建议:1)强化六打五训练过程的质量要求,主要体现在三个层面,即思想层面、技术层面、体能层面;2)强化六打五进攻中运动员对空间和时间掌控,即对进攻空间进行有效分割;强调比赛中阵型与队形的有机结合;强化运动员对进攻时间层次的划分概念的理解;3)战术打法全面性和特色性相统一。Combined with the characteristics ol Chinese Water Polo Team and " six to live" winning elements, this paper analyzed the offensive tactical characteristics ol " six to live", including the attacking routes,means ol scoring,lormation change and shooting time and etc. Conclusions include : 1) Attacking routes ol the Chinese team are mainly concentrated on one side , attacking routes are relatively single, repeating m o r e, less changes; 2) Shooting position ol the Chinese team mainly concentrated on the NO . 1, NO .4 and NO .5 positions; 3) The tactical conception ol " six to live" is to have a winner on its hands, lack ol sudden attack, not conlident enough; 4) The ollensive lormation ol the Chinese team locuses on 4 - 2, making lormation changes by single point moveme nt. Suggestions : 1 ) To strengthen the quality requirements ol "six to live" in the training process mainly in three dimensions, namely, ideology,technology and physical fitness; 2) T o strengthen the athletes' control ol space and time in attacking process, namely, to pay much attention to the ellective space segmentation, the combination ol lormation and team lorm, and the understanding ol the classilication ol attacking time dimensions; 3 ) To realize the unilication ol tactical integrity and comprehensiveness.
