摘  要:目的探索西藏新疆地区心率和血脂、血糖的关系。方法 2015年至2016年期间,采用分层多阶段随机抽样,选取西藏新疆地区35岁及以上调查对象7510人,有效数据5477人。利用该资料分析心率和血脂、血糖的关系。结果本研究发现随着心率的增加血脂异常和糖尿病的患病风险随之增加(多因素分析调整年龄、性别、民族、体质指数、吸烟、饮酒、教育程度、高血压和居住海拔后P<0.05),心率最高三分位数组到最低三分位数组的血脂异常患病率为16.0%,19.4%和19.9%;糖尿病的患病率为2.2%、3.0%和5.2%。使用一般线性回归分析调整年龄、性别、民族、体质指数、吸烟、饮酒、教育程度、高血压和居住海拔后发现TC(β=0.003,P<0.05)、TG(β=0.005,P<0.05)和血糖水平(β=0.009,P<0.05)和心率成正相关。本研究并未发现心率和居住海拔之间对于血脂、血糖的影响存在交互作用(P>0.05)。结论本研究发现心率和血脂、血糖水平呈正相关,心率和居住海拔之间对于血脂、血糖的影响无交互作用。Objective To examine the association between heart rate, blood lipid profiles and blood glucose among Tibetan and Xin-jiang population. Methods Using stratified multi-stage random sampling, 7510 residents aged 35 or older were detected with interna-tional standardized examination in Tibet and Xinjiang during 2015-2016. At length, there were 5 477 participants were eligible for the analysis. Results After adjustments for age, gender, race, body mass index, smoking, alcohol consumption, education, hypertension and the altitude of habitation, the multivariate analysis found that the higher heart rate was significantly associated with dyslipidemia and diabetes. The percentage of dyslipidemia in tertile 1, tertile 2 and tertile 3 of heart rate were 16.0%, 19.4% , and 19.9% while the percentage of diabetes were 2.2% , 3.0% , and 5.2% respectively. After adjustments for age, gender, race, body mass index, smoking, alcohol consumption, education, hypertension and the altitude of habitation, the general linear regression analysis revealed that total cholesterol ( TC )(β= 0.003, P 〈0.05 ) and triglyceride ( TG )(p = 0.005, P 〈 0.05 ) was positively associated with blood glucose (β=0.009, P 〈 0.05 ) and heart rate. There was no interaction between heart rate and altitude of habitation ( P 〉 0.05 ) on the blood lipid profiles and blood glucose. Conclusions The heart rate was associated with dyslipidemia and diabetes pos-itively. However, there was no interaction between heart rate and altitude of habitation on the blood lipid profiles and blood glucose. [
