大顶子山弧形泄洪闸冰压承载能力数值分析

摘  要:松花江流域大顶子山航电枢纽工程的建成改变了河流的水文,使得水面变宽、流速变缓、江水易结冰。冬季结冰对泄洪闸门的日常运行管理产生极为不利的影响,静冰挤压可能会使闸门产生较大变形致使闸门无法抬起。根据闸门设计图纸,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立有限元模型。根据该闸门的工作状态与当地水文资料确定结冰期内的极限组合工况。将此极限工况按冰厚分成若干等级,其中静冰挤压力的取值参考《水工建筑物抗冰冻设计规范》(2006)的相关规定。在每一组合工况下分析弧形钢闸门结构强度、刚度以及稳定性,通过二分法确定闸门静冰挤压力承载上限。计算结果表明,在结冰期内,闸门基本可以承受0.2m厚的冰载荷,此结论可以为大顶子山航电枢纽泄洪闸的冬季破冰作业提供一定的数据支持。The construction of Dadingzi mountain navigation power junction project in Songhua River Basin has changed the hydrological regime of rivers,which makes water wider,flow rate slower and river water easy to freeze.However,freezing environment can have an extremely adverse effect on the daily operation and management of the gate in winter.The deformation may occur on the gate due to the static ice extrusion so that it fails to lift.According to the design drawings of the gate,the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to build the finite element model.The extreme combined conditions during the freezing period are determined by working condition of the gate and the local hydrological data,then they are divided into several levels according to the ice thickness,in which the value of the static ice pressure is referenced to the relevant provisions of "Design code for anti-freezing hydraulic structures(2006)".The strength,stiffness and stability of the steel arc gate are evaluated under each combined working condition,and the upper limit of the static pressure bearing capacity of the gate is determined by the dichotomy method.The calculation results show that the gate is basically able to bear the ice load with 0.2m ice thickness during the freezing period.This conclusion provides data support for the ice breaking operation on Dadingzi mountain navigation power junction sluice in winter.
