摘 要:针对水电站开发项目对环境的影响,以云南大盈江三级水电站为例,采用损失价值法、市场价值法、接受补偿法、防护费用法,对项目的环境情况进行货币化评估:建设水电站产生的环境效益为169210453元,环境成本为1983202元,得到净环境效益167227251元。水电站开发项目具有良好的环境效益。对项目的评估情况作了分析。In terms of environmental impacts of hydropower development project, loss value method, market value method, acceptance compensation method, and defensive expenditures method were applied to evaluate the envi-ronmental impacts of the three stage hydropower station of Dayingjiang River. The results showed that the environ-mental benefit of the hydropower station was about 169 million RMB . Its environmental cost was almost 2 million RMB . Therefore, the net environmental benefit was about 167 million RMB , which indicated that the hydropower station project could bring good environmental benefits.
